Clear answers

Frequently asked questions

These answers explain the public policy at a practical level. Account-specific matters should use the secure Client Area.

What happens if my server is compromised without my knowledge?

The priority is to contain the risk. Access may be restricted while the system is investigated and secured. The response will consider urgency, impact and the customer’s co-operation.

Can I run security testing tools?

Only against systems you are authorised to test and within any network or service restrictions. Testing that affects third parties or BLCS Global infrastructure requires prior written agreement.

How should abuse be reported?

Existing customers should use the secure Client Area. Other reports may be submitted through the contact form with relevant URLs, timestamps, headers or evidence.
